Before jumping in, let’s quickly go over the difference between the 1000W Rocket and the 1300W Rocket. Both bikes share most of the same components such as the frame, seat, handlebars, and controls. The differences come down to wheel size, swingarm, and front fork length. The 1300W Rocket features a larger battery and controller (48V vs 36V on the 1000W), a 1.5-inch higher seat height, and approximately 10 km/h more top speed.
Ideal for first-time riders, this bike is equipped with a potentiometer that allows adjustment of acceleration, top speed, and throttle reaction time. Front and rear disc brakes provide strong braking performance, along with built-in safety interlocks that cut power to the motor when the brakes are applied.
This bike is powered by a strong 1300W motor and a high-quality lithium-ion battery for long-lasting performance. The suspension far exceeds what is offered on many Japanese youth bikes, keeping the tires planted and maintaining traction. Full-size off-road tires with deep lugs are ready for rough terrain.
Battery life is always a hot topic, and after running these bikes ourselves this season, we’ve learned a thing or two. With consistent trail riding, you can expect around 1 hour and 45 minutes of ride time. In a single location with stop-and-go riding, battery life can extend to several hours.
